We are currently partnering with a growing company seeking a motivated Lawn Care Technician to join their team. This role involves applying fertilizers and pesticides, identifying turf and lawn health issues, and delivering high-quality treatments across assigned service routes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior lawn care experience who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow into a more technical position. Training will be provided, but candidates should already have a solid understanding of grass types, turf conditions, and general lawn care practices.

What You’ll Be Doing • Safely and effectively apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to commercial properties • Identify grass types, weeds, pests, and common turf health issues • Evaluate lawn conditions and determine appropriate treatment recommendations • Operate, calibrate, and maintain spray equipment for proper performance • Inspect equipment regularly and ensure it remains in safe working condition • Complete assigned service routes efficiently and within scheduled timeframes • Communicate professionally with customers regarding services when needed • Accurately complete required paperwork and service documentation after each job • Represent the company professionally while working in the field

Who We’re Looking For • Prior experience in the lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance industry preferred • Basic understanding of grass types, turf health, and general lawn care practices • Willingness and ability to learn spray technician duties and treatment procedures • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions year-round • Strong reliability, punctuality, and time management skills • Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers
