Non CDL Driver (Various Locations)

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Non-CDL Driver to support safe and timely transportation services. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in caregiving, patient transport, or customer service, and a passion for helping others. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and comfortable working early mornings and varied shifts. Key Responsibilities: • Safely transport passengers to and from appointments or designated locations • Provide a high level of customer service and ensure a positive rider experience • Assist passengers as needed, including those with mobility or accessibility needs • Maintain communication with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or issues • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections • Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle Qualifications: • Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record required • Previous experience in caregiving, patient transport, or customer-facing roles preferred • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and routes Requirements: • Must be available to work a flexible schedule between 3:00 AM and 8:00 PM • Ability to pass a national background check and obtain a DOT medical certificate • Ability to assist passengers and perform light physical activity as needed Physical Requirements: • Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods • Ability to assist passengers entering/exiting the vehicle when required • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
