Pay Rate: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour Requirements 1–2 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems preferred Experience in GMP or medical device manufacturing is a plus Job Duties Generate purchase orders and procure materials to support production schedules Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and on-time delivery metrics Update and maintain purchase order delivery dates to ensure accurate ETAs Review inventory reports and proactively address material shortages Coordinate new vendor setup and manage excess material disposition Partner with Finance and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies Coordinate return and replacement of non-conforming materials with suppliers and Quality Assurance Analyze freight costs and transportation methods to identify cost-effective shipping solutions Maintain purchasing records and ensure compliance with company and ISO procedures Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions related to purchasing and supply chain issues Benefits Competitive weekly pay and full-time schedule Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance All applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
