Now hiring Assembler Sauk Rapids, MN Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour 1st Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday Step Up. Snap In. Ship Out. No ties, no cubicles, just tools, grit, and steady paychecks. We're looking for Assemblers who want to work with their hands and be part of a crew that gets things done. If you can handle the pace, we'll handle the paycheck Gear Up for Success With: • High school diploma or GED • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Previous assembly experience preferred • Customer-oriented and works well with teams. • Excellent Attendance • Mechanical aptitude is a plus • Detail orientated • Work is repetitive in nature What You'll Be Hands-On With: • Assembles fabricated parts into small subassemblies and/or complete units. • Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners using appropriate tools. • Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials to assemble fans. • Uses hand tools and small power tools to assemble units.
