Position Overview: We are urgently hiring Warehouse Lumpers to support a high-volume distribution operation in Winter Haven. This is a temporary opportunity with immediate openings for at least 20 workers on a newly established 3rd shift team.

Key Responsibilities: • Load and unload freight from trailers efficiently and safely • Sort, stack, and organize products within the warehouse • Assist with general labor tasks as needed to support operations • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements: • Ability to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the shift • Comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Previous warehouse or lumper experience is a plus, but not required
