Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Associate

Location: Vista, CA (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $25hr ( weekly pay)

Duration: 2-month contract possible to extend but not guaranteed

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (7:30 AM or 8:00 AM start)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a candidate to support daily shipping operations and general warehouse activities. This is a hands-on role that combines order shipping, basic system work, using SAP ERP in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both on the floor and on a computer.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and ship orders, including packing, labeling, and coordinating shipments

• Create shipping labels and documentation using carriers such as FedEx or similar systems

• Ensure accuracy of shipments, including part numbers, quantities, and addresses

• Maintain shipping records and documentation in internal systems

• Communicate with internal teams and carriers regarding shipments and delivery updates

• Support general warehouse tasks including material handling and organization

• Assist with data entry and order processing in ERP or internal systems

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 2+ years of shipping/receiving, production or warehouse experience

• Some Forklift experience

• Experience with packing, labeling, and preparing shipments

• Basic experience with shipping systems (FedEx, UPS, or similar)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, simple Excel)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment

• Able to pass background and drug test.

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)

• Exposure to international shipping or export documentation

• Familiarity with warehouse documents (BOL, shipping paperwork, etc.)

• Experience using advanced Excel functions
