This role is delivery-focused and requires a hands-on, technically capable Senior Business Analyst who can operate independently, partner closely with engineering teams, and translate complex business needs into clear, testable requirements across AWS-based, API-driven, and UI-centric solutions.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate stakeholder objectives into clear and actionable requirements for application features, workflows, APIs, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain structured requirements artifacts such as functional specifications, process flows, and inventories.
• Own page-level and feature-level requirements for a modern web application.
• Create lightweight wireframes and low-fidelity mockups to support requirement clarification and validation.
• Collaborate closely with React UI engineers, API engineers, and AWS architects.
• Identify, document, and maintain an inventory of metadata fields and definitions.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout discovery and delivery.
• Support testing activities by validating test cases, participating in UAT, and ensuring requirements coverage.
• Assist with integration and deployment readiness by validating end-to-end workflows and data handoffs.
SKILLS REQUIRED
• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience, including delivery of complex technical solutions
• Strong experience documenting functional and technical requirements
• API familiarity and experience working with modern web and mobile UI concepts
• Working knowledge of AWS-based platforms and AI/IDP solutions
• Experience working in Agile / iterative delivery environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
PREFERRED TRAITS
• CBAP or other Business Analysis certification
• Experience in public sector or regulated environments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborative and adaptive mindset

The pay range for this position is $84500.00 - $126700.00/yr.
We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
