RealArchitecture / UnrealConstruction is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations in a dynamic, hands-on, and collaborative environment. ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is primarily administrative in nature, providing essential support across a range of functions including accounting, general business operations, development, design-build, marketing, and property management. The position follows a regular Monday–Friday schedule with flexible part-time hours, and there is opportunity for additional hours based on workload and interest.
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. While the role includes foundational office responsibilities, it also offers exposure to a wide variety of disciplines within the company, making it an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining real-world experience across multiple facets of the industry. This position is designed to grow over time, with the potential for increased responsibility and long-term advancement within the company.
You will play an integral role in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting the broader team, contributing to both daily operations and the overall success of our projects.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
• Serve as the first point of contact by greeting clients, vendors, and visitors, and managing incoming calls, emails, and mail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment, including ordering and stocking office supplies
• Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and internal communications as needed
• Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems for project documents, contracts, and correspondence
• Support document preparation tasks including scanning, printing, binding, and compiling reports and materials
• Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks, including tracking invoices, client billings, project expenses, and organizing receipts
• Support accounts payable and receivable documentation, and assist with monthly construction draws
• Help track and organize information related to projects, contracts, and client accounts across internal systems (including AppFolio)
• Provide administrative support across multiple areas of the business, including accounting, operations, development, and property management
• Coordinate with team members to support ongoing projects and operational needs
• Take on additional responsibilities over time as familiarity with the role and company grows
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new systems and software; familiarity with tools like QuickBooks or AppFolio is a plus, but not required
• Basic understanding of administrative and/or accounting processes is helpful, but not required
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative and grow within the role
COMPENSATION
$20/hour
