About the Role We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support high-volume hiring within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, onsite role focused on building strong talent pipelines for plant-based and industrial positions.

Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary sourcing expert for manufacturing and skilled trades roles • Partner onsite with plant leadership, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, local outreach) • Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach • Build and maintain pipelines for high-priority and recurring roles • Screen candidates for technical skills, safety awareness, reliability, and shift flexibility • Support onsite interviews, hiring events, and plant tours • Track candidate activity and pipeline metrics within the ATS • Analyze sourcing effectiveness and pipeline health • Participate in local hiring initiatives (career fairs, trade schools, workforce agencies) • Continuously improve sourcing processes to meet hiring demands

Qualifications • 5+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience in manufacturing, industrial, or plant environments • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (required) • Proven success sourcing for hourly production, skilled trades, maintenance, or plant leadership roles • Strong ATS and sourcing tool proficiency • Ability to manage high-volume, urgent hiring needs • Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred • Advanced Boolean search expertise • Experience in union, multi-shift, or multi-site environments • Familiarity with safety-sensitive roles and pre-employment requirements
