Reach Truck/Cherry Picker Forklift Operator Location: Goodyear, AZ

Schedule: Monday Friday | 3:30pm-12:00am + Overtime as required including weekends

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team in Goodyear, AZ. This position requires hands-on experience operating a Reach Truck, and other equipment experience (Cherry Picker) preferred in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and maintains a positive attitude while working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities • Operate Reach Truck and Cherry Picker Forklift's safely and efficiently • Pick, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse • Load and unload materials while following company safety standards • Accurately complete picking and inventory tasks using RF scanners or warehouse systems • Maintain clean and organized work areas • Conduct basic equipment inspections before use and report any issues • Support general warehouse operations as needed Requirements • Proven experience operating Reach Trucks and Cherry Picker Forklift • Ability to work at heights while operating warehouse equipment • Strong attention to safety and detail • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Positive attitude and willingness to receive and apply feedback • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment What We're Looking For • Team players with a strong work ethic • Individuals who take pride in their work and reliability • Candidates who are open to coaching and continuous improvement Compensation & Benefits • $19.00 per hour • MondayFriday schedule with po
