Apartment Groundskeeper – Porter – Skilled Labor Join Our Team! We're looking for a dependable Apartment Porter - Groundskeeper to help keep our community clean, welcoming, and well-maintained! The Liberty Group is hiring reliable Porters - Groundskeeper – Skilled Labor for Apartment Communities Job Responsibilities: • Pick up trash & debris from grounds • Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up • Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc. • Check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary • Replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment • Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus! Required Qualifications: • At least 6 months of general labor experience • Have reliable transportation • Valid I.D. Required • The ability to safely lift 50 pounds This is also a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in. Hotel, Rehab, Condo, and Carpentry experience all a plus!
