What You'll Do as a Facility Maintenance Technician: • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve machine performance • Support production by responding quickly to maintenance needs and equipment failures • Analyze downtime issues and help improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation • Coordinate repairs and upgrades with outside contractors when needed • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility

Skills and Experience • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems • Experience working with PLC systems (Allen Bradley experience is a plus) • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and manufacturing operations • Electrical certification or industrial electronics training preferred • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills • Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus • Experience with TPM systems, honing, or machining is helpful
