What You'll Do: • Oversee high-volume, multi-state payroll for 2000+ employees • Ensure smooth, accurate payroll processing using Paycom or similar cloud-based payroll software systems • Partner with leadership to optimize, automate, and improve payroll operations • Support a growing, multi-location business with payroll accuracy, compliance, and process improvement
Who You Are: • An experienced payroll professional with multi-entity, multi-state, high-volume payroll experience • Comfortable working with Paycom or other cloud-based payroll platforms • Passionate about efficiency, automation, and making payroll better • Energized by growth, change, and the chance to build something stronger
