Job Description
As a key member of our Recruiting Team, the Engineering Recruiter plays a critical role in connecting top technical talent with the right opportunities. You’ll screen, interview, and match candidates to a wide range of engineering and technology roles while delivering an exceptional experience to both candidates and hiring partners. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, building relationships, and helping great people find meaningful work.
Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technology positions, from sourcing to initial screening • Work closely with the recruiting team to understand the requirements, nuances, and priorities of each role • Respond quickly and effectively to incoming requisitions • Source high-quality candidates using multiple channels: direct outreach, online tools, referrals, research, professional networks, and more • Use resume databases and applicant tracking systems to identify, track, and manage candidate pipelines • Conduct initial qualification calls to assess skills, experience, and role alignment • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, professional organizations, and referral sources • Attend recruiting events, job fairs, or networking sessions as needed to grow the talent pipeline
