The Role
Support customers with questions related to current and past orders while coordinating closely with internal sales and operations teams. This is a contract-to-hire role intended for someone looking to join a company long term.
Responsibilities
• Process and manage customer web orders
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and changes
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues
• Provide open order reports upon request
• Assist with expediting parts and updating open orders
• Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Customer service or office experience preferred, not required
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple requests
Technical Skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Outlook and Microsoft Office
