Office Administrator - (Temp | Potential Temp-to-Hire)
Location: San Francisco, CA 94105 (Fully Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30-$32/hour
Employment Type: Temporary (1-2 months with a chance to convert)

Our client in the real estate industry is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Office Administrator to support daily office operations in their San Francisco office. This role is fully onsite and plays a critical part in ensuring the office runs smoothly while providing a welcoming experience for employees and visitors.
Job Responsibilities • Serve as the front desk and first point of contact for guests, visitors, and vendors • Support day-to-day office administration and overall office operations • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses using Yardi and Concur • Order and maintain office supplies, snacks, and kitchen inventory • Coordinate office lunches, employee events, and culture initiatives • Liaise with vendors, building management, and property/security teams • Maintain organized records, trackers, and office documentation • Provide backup administrative support to executive and admin staff as needed
Qualifications • Prior experience in an office administrator, office coordinator, or similar role • Real estate or property management experience is a plus, not required • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Friendly, approachable, and professional communication style • High attention to detail and strong follow-through • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Experience with Yardi and/or Concur is a plus • Degree a plus but not required
