Our Global Consumer Goods client in the Red Bank, NJ area is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee A/P and support the Controller and Finance Director in all cash management matters. This is a full time onsite position with the flexibility to work remotely one day a week. Required: Minimum 5+ years’ experience in accounting/finance/cash management/full cycle accounting Experience in wholesale distribution, retail sales, and/or CPG industries Advanced Excel and Microsoft Suite Experience with Acumatica, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle or related accounting/ERP programs, Merchandising ERP a plus Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance - Team leadership experience preferred. The main responsibilities include: Implementing and enabling proper financial and cash management processes and controls Ensuring compliance with Company policies Driving continuous process improvement with a focus on automation and use of AI Calculation of daily cash and borrowing availability, making borrowing and making pay-back decisions Understanding and assuring compliance with credit agreements, as well as monitoring relevant government Participate in month-end close processes, including account reconciliations, overseeing and recording journal entries, and maintaining accurate supporting documentation. Oversee and prepare various balance sheet recs, maintaining relevant support in audit-ready fashion.
