Manufacturing Associate A leading safety equipment manufacturer is expanding its team and looking for Manufacturing Associates! Day, swing, and weekend shifts are available. This team is known for its strong support system. You'll get hands-on cross-training to help you sharpen your skills and advance. Plus, you'll enjoy a stable schedule with long weekends (3 or 4 days off, depending on your shift). These are temp-to-hire jobs where you'll receive excellent benefits upon permanent hire, including stipends for new work boots and safety glasses, as well as bonus opportunities. Manufacturing Associate Job Duties: Assist with daily production and assembly tasks Cross-train with team members to learn as many functions as possible Operate presses and other machinery help trim access material Perform quality control checks on product Manufacturing Associate Job Requirements: 1+ year of production or manufacturing experience Ability to sit or stand throughout shift Comfortable with repetitive work using your hands and machinery Ability to lift, push and pull 35-50lbs Schedules: Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:15am-3:45pm Swing Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday 5:00am-5:00pm (36 hours/week) Pay: $22.75 - $24.75 per hour depending on the shift Benefits offered by the employer upon permanent hire: Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO and Vacation time 401k with company match $150 stipend every year for new boots as well as $100 stipend for work pants $200 stipend for prescription safety glasses (every two years) Bonus opportunities Benefits offered by Verstela to employees on temp or temp-to-hire assignments: Medical Dental Vision Short Term Disability Term Life and AD and D Identity Theft Protection Prescription Plan 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan Location: Broomfield, CO - Not bus accessible If you are interested in this Manufacturing Associate position, apply now or call us: ***!
