Job Description

Self-motivated professional with excellent computer, communication and clerical skills. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to management and team members. Answer phones, greet visitors - must be professional and personable! Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Keep the front desk organized. The Administrative Assistant will work on MS Office, maintaining up-to-date record and typing correspondence. Will assist with Accounting, HR, and other office administrative tasks. Organized with attention to detail. Office experience preferred. Engineering/Construction industry experience a big plus. Bachelors or Associates in a business related field is preferred.
Normal Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Criminal/Drug screening.
