Schedule: Monday – Friday | Rotating Saturdays

M-F: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm | Sat: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

You could be the next Front Desk – Service Advisor to join our growing team. We work with boat & fish house sales, storage, repairs and upgrades to support our customers year-round with trusted service and expertise.

What You’ll Do:

• Create & Manage sales, storage, and service repair orders

• Communicate the status of repairs, timelines, and updates with customers

• Sell parts, accessories, storage and service work

• Assist with warranty claims and follow-ups

• Help drive customer satisfaction and department success

• Handle all customer interactions (in-store, email & phone) with respect and professionalism

• Coordinate & Schedule repairs & upgrades between departments

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Positive, team-first attitude

• Organized and comfortable with computers

• Front Desk Experience – Scheduling, Billing, Service Tracking, Warranty Follow-Up

• Sales Experience is a plus

• Boating or mechanical knowledge a plus (we’ll train the right person)

• Dependable, motivated, and ready to grow
