Centers Choice is a private pay home care agency serving NYC, and Long Island. We are currently hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for Live-In and hourly cases, who are passionate about delivering excellent care and want to work with a company that values and supports its caregivers.

HHA Pay Rate:

• $270/day for Live-In Shifts

• $19.65/hour for training

• $20.00 - $22.00 for hourly cases

• Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit

HHA Requirements:

• Valid New York State HHA Certificate

• Recent Physical

• PPD or QuantiFERON

• MMR Immunization proof
