MIG Welder Location: Fort Wayne, IN Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday-Friday) Pay: $20.00 per hour

Job Summary Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a MIG Welder to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us produce high-quality welded components by following precise specifications and maintaining strong quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing As a MIG Welder, your core responsibilities will include: • Welding & Setup: Use fixtures to set up component parts for manual MIG welding to ensure proper alignment and accuracy. • Quality Inspection: Examine workpieces to verify they meet required quality standards and specifications. • Tool Operation: Use hand tools such as files, hammers, and snips, along with power tools including sanders, drills, riveters, and grinders to complete tasks. In addition, you will also be expected to analyze engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and other quality documents to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations.

What We're Looking For Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Previous MIG welding experience preferred • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Skills: • Attention to Detail: Ensures precision and high-quality welds • Mechanical Skills: Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools • Problem-Solving: Ability to interpret technical documents and plan work effectively
