Location: Carrollton, TX 75006 Pay Rate: $19.00 Hourly Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced High Reach and Dock Stocker to join our warehouse team in Carrollton, TX. This role involves operating Raymond brand reach trucks and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely and efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory management and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Responsibilities: • Operate Raymond reach trucks and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse • Accurately pick and place items in high-racking systems for proper storage and organization • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations • Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and safe handling techniques • Assist with cycle counts and inventory control, reporting discrepancies as needed • Operate additional warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts • Load and unload goods from trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage • Assist in preparing goods for shipment or delivery, including staging orders

Requirements: • Previous experience operating Raymond reach trucks or similar warehouse equipment is required • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety practices • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision • Must be able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining safety and accuracy • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills • Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
