Position Summary The Branch Operations Support Specialist provides operational support to branch teams to ensure efficient, compliant banking operations. This role serves as a key resource for branch staff by answering operational questions, assisting with transactions and account maintenance, reviewing documentation, and supporting compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Duties include: • Assess incoming color samples to determine application techniques that will be successful in production • Checks finished product for freeze and thaw, chemical resistance, shivering and adhesion • Organizes safety meetings and inspects department.
