Sales Associate – Formalwear (Family-Owned Business)

A family-owned formalwear store in Santa Rosa is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join their team! We’re looking for someone passionate about helping customers look their best for weddings, proms, quinceañeras, and special occasions. This role focuses on tuxedo rentals, dress sales, fittings, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with tuxedo/suit rentals and formalwear or dress purchases
• Take accurate measurements and conduct fittings for rentals and gowns
• Provide personalized styling advice and help coordinate complete looks (shirts, ties, vests, etc.)
• Process sales transactions, rentals, and assist with inventory management
• Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom and fitting areas
Qualifications:
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (formalwear, apparel, or hospitality a plus)
• Strong sales skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers
• Detail-oriented, especially with measurements and fittings
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends required)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support production by ensuring all materials, processes, and finished products meet company quality and safety standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with GMPs, sanitation protocols, and food safety regulations while supporting daily operations on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process product, finished goods, and packaging
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure quality and safety compliance
• Verify adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation standards, and allergen controls
• Perform pre-op and post-op inspections, including ATP and environmental swabbing
• Maintain accurate production logs, including hold logs, temperature records, and metal detector checks
• Monitor and verify pasteurization processes (Critical Control Point)
• Ensure proper documentation of Clean-in-Place (CIP) and sanitation procedures
• Conduct routine GMP audits to maintain regulatory and internal compliance
• Maintain organized QA records to support audits and continuous improvement efforts
• Verify correct lot tracking, ingredient staging, and production line setup prior to operations
• Coordinate with warehouse and sanitation teams to ensure smooth production flow between shifts
Qualifications
• Previous experience in quality control, food production, or manufacturing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
• Knowledge of GMPs, food safety standards, and sanitation practices
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
