Softgel Bottling Operator (Weekends Only)
Position Summary: This position is responsible for the operation of the soft gel bottling machine including change over, cleaning. Assists in sanitation control and checks safety hazards. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Sets-up equipment for processing operations, and verifies set-up as required before production begins. • Operates more than half of available packaging equipment as trained, and instructed by supervisor, while in compliance with all safety and cGMP regulations. • Promptly reports material, process, and equipment concerns, questions, and/or problems to supervisor for proper handling. • Completes and verifies batch record entries, equipment logbooks, and other relevant documentation and records. • Cleans and maintains processing rooms and equipment. • Works with personnel from other departments as necessary to ensure safety and quality in production. • Follows established department SOP's, Company cGMPs, and all instructions, whether verbal or written. • Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations. Experience: 1 to 3 years related experience working with production line equipment. Ability to read, write and understand documentation in English.
