Flagger, Certified Details:
• Temporary position
• $21.00 /hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift
• Certified Flagger for Road Construction will use a stop/slow paddle to control traffic, while road work is being completed.
• Flaggers work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Coordinate with other flaggers or construction workers.
Flagger, Certified Qualifications:
• Current/valid Utah Flagging Certificate.
• Reliable transportation to go to and from different worksites and able/willing to travel up to 50 miles, one way.
• Able to stand on asphalt or concrete for 8-12 hours.
• Able to walk, bend, twist, squat, kneel on a regular basis for whole shift, as needed.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
• A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire. Legal Assistant/Family Law Details:
•
Temp-to-Hire position
•
$17.00 /hour
•
Full Time work available
•
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm)
•
Work directly with attorney and clients. Communications with other law offices and courts.
•
Draft legal correspondence and routine family law motions and pleadings. Maintain deadline reminders and calendaring system.
•
Assist attorney in preparing for mediations, hearings, and trials. Organize and maintain documents in client physical files and electronic filing system.
•
Review, organize, redact approriately, bates stamp and assemble client documents. Scheduling, court e-filins, mailings, and other admin0related tasks. Assist as needed in client meetings and document signings.
Legal Assistant/Family Law Qualifications:
•
MUST HAVE 1 year experience as a legal secretary/receptionist. Experience in family law preferred.
•
Excellent professional interpersonal communication skills.
•
Proficient in MS Office programs. Legal writing and research skills.
•
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and privacy and independantly.
•
Highly organized and detail oriented.
•
