Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid preferred)

Duration: 5/8/2026 – 8/7/2026 (3 months, strong possibility of extension)

Schedule: 20–25 hours per week (based on business needs)

Pay Rate: Arond $41.67/hour

Position Summary The Influencer & Creator Specialist will support the execution of social and influencer marketing campaigns across a portfolio of consumer brands. This role partners closely with influencer and social teams to deliver engaging, culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Responsibilities include assisting with campaign execution, creator partnerships, and performance tracking across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate influencers for potential partnerships and campaign alignment

• Assess influencer content prior to publishing to ensure brand consistency

• Support end-to-end influencer campaigns, including talent selection, briefing, concepting, and approvals

• Assist in managing TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns

• Conduct influencer risk assessments and ensure compliance with processes

• Track, collect, and input campaign data using tools such as Sprout Social

• Analyze performance data to recommend creators and content strategies

• Use social listening tools to monitor campaigns and generate insights

• Support paid media amplification strategies for influencer content

• Contribute to the development of influencer marketing playbooks and best practices

• Measure and report on campaign effectiveness

• Conduct competitive and cultural trend research

• Participate in influencer marketing training and development programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing (non-internship)

• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate campaigns (required)

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms

• Experience in agency or brand marketing environments (agency experience preferred)

• Familiarity with social analytics and reporting tools

• CPG industry experience is a plus, but not required
