We are hiring a reliable and personable Customer Service Representative (ITM Operator) to support member transactions and deliver exceptional service in a professional financial environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• Provide friendly, professional support through interactive banking systems
• Answer questions about accounts and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend helpful products/services
• Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate records and follow security/compliance procedures
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in customer service, banking, teller, cashier, call center, or receptionist roles
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable using computers and technology
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED required
