Job Description:
This role involves providing high-quality support to customers by managing orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate is technically savvy, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. A positive attitude and high attention to detail is critical to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order processing: Accuracy and follow-up to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and cross-functional coordination effectively
• Export Operations: Hands-on experience with export processes, including freight bookings
• Time Management: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications:
• Must be able to commute everyday onsite to Woodridge, IL
• Minimum of 2 years of product based customer service experience
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with SAP or Salesforce a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and international stakeholders
• Professional business correspondence and follow-up to utilize different software platforms
