Job Description:
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for managing customer orders, processing quotes, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process purchase orders, price quotations, order statuses, and returns via phone and ticket-based systems
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal product specialists through phone and email
• Follow up on customer and internal requests to ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and transactions
• Support a smooth and efficient order fulfillment process
Qualifications:
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask with a high sense of urgency
• Friendly, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to type at least 50 WPM
• Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
