Job Description: The Human Resources Assistant will provide critical support to the recruiting and HR function with a focus on interview coordination, administrative support, and candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume manufacturing environment where hiring needs are ongoing and dynamic. You will help ensure smooth recruiting operations by managing schedules, supporting communication between candidates and hiring teams, and maintaining accurate HR and applicant tracking records. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate interview scheduling, calendars, and recruiting meetings across plant and corporate teams • Support high-volume recruiting efforts for manufacturing, warehouse, and office roles • Manage shared HR inboxes and respond to scheduling and candidate inquiries • Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment paperwork tracking • Handle administrative HR tasks including tracking candidates and updating systems • Support recruiting events, interview days, and hiring initiatives • Organize and maintain digital and physical HR files and documentation • Partner with HR team members on ongoing projects and process improvements • Utilize ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite for daily recruiting operations Qualifications: • 2–3+ years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting support, or fast-paced administrative roles (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred) • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required • Experience with ATS or HRIS systems (JazzHR or similar preferred) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information • Experience with high-volume scheduling and calendar management is highly valued Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
