In this role, you'll engineer the processes that build next?generation server technology used in data centers, AI environments, edge computing, cloud platforms, and large-scale enterprise solutions. What You'll Do Process Optimization & Engineering Excellence • Analyze manufacturing workflows across multiple server assembly lines to identify bottlenecks and opportunities. • Define optimized layouts, takt?time balancing, and material?flow strategies. • Develop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation.

Leadership in Continuous Improvement • Lead Kaizen events and apply Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and other CI methodologies. • Improve KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, yield, and labor efficiency. • Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and supply?chain teams to implement long?term improvements.

Ownership of Engineering Projects • Manage engineering initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with production goals and deadlines. • Support new product introductions, technology transitions, and layout changes. • Track milestones, risks, budgets, and cross?functional dependencies.

Data?Driven Decision Making • Use analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Minitab to evaluate trends and performance. • Prepare clear reports and presentations for leadership on improvement plans and results.

Safety & Compliance • Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, ergonomic, and internal safety standards. • Conduct risk assessments and drive corrective actions where needed.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • 8+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in electronics, server assembly, or other high?tech production environments. • Strong proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, process modeling, and simulation tools. • Experience with ERP/WMS (SAP, Oracle, SFDC) and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Minitab).

Preferred Qualifications • Excellent communication, leadership, and structured problem?solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment. • Familiarity with server components, electronics assembly, and rack?level integration. • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above). • Experience with automation, robotics, or digital manufacturing technologies.
