Warehouse Lead – 2nd Shift

Training on 1st Shift (8AM–4:30PM) → Move to 2nd Shift (3:30PM–12AM

Working Lead of a small warehouse team and keep operations running smooth and efficient.

This is a hands-on role—you’ll be working alongside your team daily.

✅ What You’ll Do • Lead a team of 5–8 warehouse associates • Pick orders using order picker equipment • Load/unload trucks and pack shipments • Handle inventory control and order accuracy • Complete paperwork and quality checks • Receive materials and distribute deliveries • Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe • Operate forklift / cherry picker equipment 🛠 Requirements • 3+ years warehouse experience • Leadership or team lead experience • Forklift / material handling equipment experience • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory • Able to lift, carry, and work on feet • English (read/write/speak) • High School Diploma or GED 💰 Why Apply • Contract-to-hire opportunity • +$2/hr raise after permanent hire • Benefits within 30 days of hire • Annual work boot reimbursement • 3 weeks vacation after hire • Additional raises based on training 🏭 Work Environment • Non-climate controlled warehouse • Racking up to 30 ft high • Team-based, fast-paced environment • Steel-toe boots required • No phones or earbuds on floor ⏰ Schedule • Training: 1st Shift (7AM–3:30PM) for several months • Permanent: 2nd Shift (3:30PM–12AM) • Overtime as needed

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
