Title: AIS Cash Support Specialist
Location: Horsham, PA
Pay Rate: $25.00
Duration: 3 Months (Temp-to-Hire)
Our client, a multinational building automation company, is seeking an AIS Cash Support Specialist. This is an onsite, temp-to-hire position for the right candidate.
Role Description • Responsible for overseeing collection activities of all of North America • Manage collections and provide early-stage customer service to avoid customer complaints • Coordinate with cash applications team for accurate application of funds and remittance advice • Work on disputes of assigned portfolio to drive resolution/closure • Work on unapplied cash of assigned portfolio • Manage portfolio review calls with internal/external stakeholders • Process adjustments, write-offs, netting requests, and refunds • Perform account reconciliations • Maintain daily adherence as per business requirements • Analyze daily AR reports to drive cash collection
Requirements & Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience required • Experience in accounts receivable and/or collections • Experience handling disputes and unapplied cash • Ability to perform account reconciliations • Experience coordinating with internal teams (e.g., cash applications) • Ability to manage a portfolio and participate in review calls • Basic analytical skills for reviewing AR reports • Strong attention to detail
