Job Title: Compliance Specialist Pay Rate: $24–$28 per hour Location: West Valley City, UT (100% Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time
Make an Impact in Compliance We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team in West Valley City. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our organization stays aligned with evolving regulatory requirements while supporting business operations and strengthening compliance programs.
What You’ll Do
Partner with business units to implement operational and policy updates in response to new or changing laws and regulations Review and interpret legal and regulatory changes; prepare clear, concise summaries for the Chief Compliance Officer Manage and resolve escalated and regulatory compliance issues Collaborate with Human Resources and Training teams to enhance and update compliance training programs Support ongoing compliance initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement
What You Bring (Required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex information Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
What Sets You Apart (Preferred)
Law degree or relevant compliance certification (such as CRCM) 2–4 years of mortgage compliance experience Knowledge of RESPA, GLBA, FCRA, FDCPA, and TILA regulations Experience with multi-state compliance, licensing, auditing, and regulatory relations Familiarity with MSP systems Proven ability to manage escalated regulatory or consumer issues
