Press Break Operator

Job Position: Press Brake Operator Location: ARLINGTON, TX 76010 Pay Rate: $17- $20/hr (Depends on Experience) First Shift: 6am – 2:30pm (OT available) Monday through Friday Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and setting up press brake machines to produce high-quality metal components according to customer specifications. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards. Important Hiring Requirements: • Resume required • Interview required Key Responsibilities: • Safely operate CNC press brake machines. • Load correct raw materials and unload finished products according to customer specifications. • Remove skeletons from the laser cutting process and prepare parts for bending. • Follow all company procedures, including organization, operation, and standardization practices. • Maintain responsibility for production output, product quality, and effective communication with supervisors and team members. • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. • Operate support equipment used in fabrication processes such as drilling, tapping, tumbling, and other finishing operations. Requirements: • Proven experience operating and setting up a press brake. • Experience with Amada Press Brakes preferred but not required. • Familiarity with industry-standard fabrication equipment. • Strong math, communication, and decision-making skills. • Ability to accurately read and interpret manufacturing and/or customer blueprints. • Experience operating handheld electric and pneumatic tools preferred. • Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds.
