JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description We are looking for Reliable Heavy Warehouse Associates who will be working in a warehouse separating donated clothes. Warehouse Associate Location: Flower Mound, TX 75028 Pay: $15.50 per hour Job Type: Full-time Shift Options: * 7:30 AM 4:00 PM * 9:30 AM 6:00 PM (Monday- Sunday, will be off two days during the week) ---------------------------------------- Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for operating baling machinery for donated textiles, assisting with loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities * Operate baling machinery to process donated textiles * Load merchandise into baler equipment * Assist with loading and unloading trucks by hand * Package products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling) * Operate forklift and pallet jack * Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as instructed * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse * Complete daily logs and documentation * Ensure quality control and uphold product standards * Follow all safety procedures and work efficiently * Perform additional duties as assigned ---------------------------------------- Additional Responsibilities * Assist in drive-thru donation area as needed * Greet and accept donations from donors * Sort and separate donated items appropriately * Assist drivers with pickups from various DFW locations ---------------------------------------- Qualifications * Previous warehouse and/or production experience preferred * Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs consistently * Comfortable working in hot and cold warehouse conditions * Strong attention to detail * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons * Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) ---------------------------------------- About the Company This established logistics-focused employer supports efficient warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on teamwork, accuracy, and safety.
