Job Description
• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines clients, including home, auto, umbrella, and specialty policies • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and coverage reviews • Proactively identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions to clients • Prepare and process endorsements, applications, and policy documentation accurately and efficiently • Market new and renewal business to carriers to obtain competitive quotes and coverage options • Negotiate terms and pricing with insurance carriers on behalf of clients • Ensure high client retention through consistent communication and service excellence • Assist in onboarding new clients and conducting comprehensive coverage reviews • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system • Collaborate with producers and other team members to support agency growth goals • Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance account management • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
