Shifts: 7am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

About this Opportunity:

his position assists in maintaining and continually improving the quality system within the company, working closely with internal support staff to monitor and address quality issues.

What You'll Be Doing: • Perform visual and mechanical inspections on in-process and completed products • Train employees on final inspection processes and procedures • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives • Complete and review customer-required documentation • Program and operate CMM equipment for first article inspections What makes you a great fit: • High School diploma or GED plus technical certification or relevant experience • Ability to read blueprints, customer drawings, and visual aids • Experience using complex measurement tools such as CMM • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities • Ability to work independently and in team environments • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
