About this Opportunity:

Follows detailed processing instructions to pre-batch and blend raw materials to create a batch of industrial or architectural colorant. This position performs various manufacturing tasks as assigned.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Select, pull, measure, and stage raw materials for manufacturing • Follow batch slip instructions to incorporate raw materials in high-speed mixers to mix and blend batches • Make lab adjustments, incorporate approved samples, and maintain raw material samples from daily premixes • Operate paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment such as high-speed dispersers (HSDs), pumps, valves, battery chargers, drum handling equipment, and forklifts, etc., in an efficient and safe manner • Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality

Employee must be able to tolerate non-toxic paint odors and be able to wear a respirator as required.
