Our client seeks a Director of Digital Marketing to join their team!

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Act as a senior paid media subject matter expert with strong hands-on experience across major advertising platforms (e.g., search, social, and emerging channels) • Develop and lead an integrated paid media strategy across multiple acquisition channels, translating growth goals into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable performance targets • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and digital teams to execute campaigns and optimize performance throughout the customer journey • Manage and optimize paid media budgets, maintaining accountability for customer acquisition, return on ad spend (ROAS), forecasting, and allocation strategies • Provide strategic oversight of campaign performance, including KPI tracking, analysis, and ongoing optimization to improve efficiency and scale • Own reporting and executive-level communication by distilling performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, channels, technologies, and audience strategies to drive incremental results • Define and align channel roles across the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, conversion, and retention • Collaborate on creative strategy and testing initiatives to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness • Oversee digital content and campaign messaging across channels, including management of content resources or team members as applicable

Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a senior or strategic decision-making role • 3+ years of experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including copywriting • Strong expertise in paid media strategy and multi-channel campaign execution • Proven ability to independently manage strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., ESPs or marketing automation tools) • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar platforms) • Experience with project management or ticketing systems is a plus • Excellent written communication skills and understanding of brand voice principles.
