Welder- Job Order #49347 • Location: Fort Worth, TX 76140 • Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire • Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00 per hour (Higher pay for experienced combo welders) • Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to finish (Typically 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) Key Responsibilities • Perform advanced welding techniques, including MIG, Flux Core, Spray Arc, Stick, and Gouging. • Weld and fabricate on steel and aluminum, with a primary focus on sheet metal. • Read and accurately interpret blueprints and technical shop drawings. • Prepare materials, including clamping, grinding, tack-welding, and polishing metals. • Operate manufacturing equipment such as Saws, Brake Presses, and Turret Presses, to support the fabrication department. • Handle galvanized metal safely during the fabrication process. • Ensure all final products meet strict quality control standards. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications • Proven, professional welding experience; a resume is required. • Preference for candidates with a minimum of 1.5 years of welding experience. • Must be experienced in sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing processes. • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. • Must successfully pass a short weld test with the Welding & Finishing Supervisor. • Must pass E-Verify.
