Job Description

Our Pharma client is seeking an Omnichannel Digital Analytics Manager to join their team for the next 6+ months, 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in Boston, MA (Seaport).

Role Summary The Digital Analytics Manager plays a critical role in delivering actionable insights across a company's digital ecosystem, including website, email, and media channels. This position combines strategic analytics with operational excellence, ensuring data integrity, measurement accuracy, and reliable reporting infrastructure. The role requires a balance between deep analytical work and hands-on oversight of tagging, data quality, and vendor management to support marketing performance and decision-making.

Top Must Have Skills

5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics Strong expertise in website analytics, funnel analysis, segmentation, and performance diagnostics Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) or Adobe Analytics, including both reporting and configuration Proven experience managing tagging frameworks, taxonomy, and data feeds Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations Strong stakeholder collaboration across marketing, analytics, technical teams, and external vendors High attention to detail with the ability to maintain a strategic, big-picture perspective

Additional Qualifications

Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI Working knowledge of SQL and/or cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery Understanding of data privacy, consent management, and regulatory compliance Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities Analytics and Insights

Lead analytics initiatives including website performance deep dives, email campaign analysis, and channel-specific investigations Conduct ad-hoc analyses to diagnose trends, answer complex business questions, and provide actionable recommendations Design and execute custom analytics projects to support marketing strategy across digital channels Maintain and optimize dashboards to ensure stakeholders have access to accurate and relevant performance metrics

Measurement Operations

Manage external tagging vendors to ensure accurate implementation and alignment with measurement strategy Oversee data quality across website tagging, email tracking, and third-party media feeds Maintain and evolve measurement infrastructure to support cross-channel analytics needs Partner with privacy and legal teams to ensure data collection and reporting compliance with applicable regulations

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
