Brake Press Operator – 1st or 2nd Shift Location: Fort Smith, AR

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour (DOE)

Shift Options:

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM Friday (Overtime): 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Friday (Mandatory Overtime): 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM A well-established manufacturing company in Fort Smith is seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have verifiable brake press experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate brake press machines to form and shape metal parts

• Follow job traveler instructions and production requirements

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Use measuring tools such as calipers, protractors, and height gauges

• Perform basic machine maintenance

• Maintain safety standards at all times

• Work closely with supervisors and production team

Requirements (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):

• Minimum of 1–2 years verifiable brake press experience REQUIRED

• Ability to read and understand blueprints

• Experience using precision measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Clean background REQUIRED

• Must pass drug screen – NO THC

• Reliable transportation

• Must be available for mandatory overtime

• Resume REQUIRED (must clearly show brake press experience)
