Job Description:

Manufacturing Positions – Deburr & Plating

Location: Fort Smith, AR

Pay Rate: $14.50/hour

Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (10-hour shifts)

• Friday: Mandatory Overtime (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

Open Departments & Responsibilities

Deburr Department:

• Sand imperfections from metal parts

• Press metal parts flat

• Strong attention to detail required

Plating Department:

• Start as a Plating Assistant

• Clean and prep parts for plating

• Assist with shipment preparation

Requirements (ALL POSITIONS):

• Stable and verifiable work history is REQUIRED (no job hopping)

• At least 1 year of work history within the past year

• Strong attendance record is a MUST – client has a strict attendance policy

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Must have reliable transportation (employees are NOT allowed to ride with coworkers)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attendance and punctuality are essential

• Must be able to follow safety guidelines and work efficiently

• Must pass a background check

• Must pass a drug screen (NO THC)

• Must be able to work mandatory overtime on Fridays
