Job Description:

Industrial Painter (Temp-to-Perm) – Experienced Only Location: Fort Smith, AR & Surrounding Areas

Pay: DOE (Discussed at Interview)

Job Type: Temp-to-Perm (eligible for permanent hire after required hours)

Direct Staffing is seeking a skilled Industrial Painter for a specialized opportunity. This is NOT an entry-level role — only candidates with verifiable commercial/industrial experience will be considered.

Requirements – No Exceptions:

• Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial/industrial painting experience (Residential experience will NOT qualify)

• Experience operating a spray rig • Must be able to apply dry fall coatings • Ability to spray, brush, and roll all surfaces

• Must have reliable transportation • Must have a valid REAL ID and be eligible to work in federal buildings • Must be able to pass a federal security clearance

• Must pass a drug screen (NO THC or medical cards allowed) • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs • Must pass an in-house skills test to verify industrial painting knowledge
