Job Description:

Laser Operator Helper (Production – Fort Smith, AR) Direct Staffing is seeking a dependable Laser Operator Helper for a production facility in Fort Smith. This position will assist the laser operator with daily tasks and support overall production.

This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: DOE

SCHEDULE – MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THIS SHIFT: Thursday – Sunday

5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

Job Duties:

• Assist laser operator with daily production tasks

• Load and unload materials onto machines

• Move and stage materials as needed

• Perform general labor and production support

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Must be able to work the schedule listed above – no exceptions

• Must be reliable with strong attendance

• Ability to work 10-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment

• Must be comfortable with physical labor

• Ability to follow directions and stay on task

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must pass background check and drug screen

• Stable, verifiable work history required

This is a temporary position, but for the right person, it can turn into a full-time opportunity. Job Requirements:
