Roles And Responsibilities

• Co-Packer Mastery: Serve as primary quality liaison for manufacturing partners. Conduct audits and verify that finished goods meet every spec before they hit the market. • Technical Problem-solver: Identify the why behind quality deviations. You’ll evaluate manufacturer explanations, challenge assumptions when necessary and lead corrective actions (CAPA) to keep production seamless. • Regulatory & Raw Material Oversight: Stay ahead of the curve in a fast-moving regulatory landscape. Assess raw material safety and ensure compliance as food laws evolve. • Document Integrity: Own the data trail. Manage the lifecycle of COAs for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring 100% traceability and accuracy. • Product Launch Support: Be the gatekeeper for new innovations, verifying formulation accuracy and process stability during initial production runs at co-packer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology or related technical field. • Bilingual Fluency (English/Korean) is required. • Experience: 3–5 years in Food/Beverage QA. Hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant is a major plus. • Analytical Rigor: Advanced Excel skills and highly detail-oriented. • Communication Style: Comfortable working with high autonomy day-to-day, but capable of delivering structured, formal reports.
