Shipping & Order Entry Coordinator Details: • Temp-to-Hire position • $ 17.00 / hour • Full Time work available • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) • Pack, stage, label, and ship customer orders • Coordinate carriers, schedules, and tracking updates with Sales • Prepare and verify shipping paperwork and documentation • Enter and process sales/job orders accurately • Create and maintain BOMs, job travelers, and job packets • Organize and distribute production job orders and drawings • Track inventory, will-call items, and inter-facility transfers • Communicate daily with Sales, Production, Inventory, and Invoicing • Resolve order, material, and shipping issues as they arise • Maintain accurate production and shipping schedules Shipping & Order Entry Coordinator Qualifications:
